WHO PAYS FOR THE POSTAGE?
Unfortunately I do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund. I also cannot be responsible for lost items in the post, so please choose a good method to post your returning item.
Please ensure ALL returns are made in original packaging.
Some of my beads are very delicate, therefore occasionally I do have faulty items. If this happens to you, please get in touch with your order number, description and images of faulty product to email@example.com
Jewellery doesn’t like chemicals such as perfume, soaps and chlorine and should also not come into contact with water. Please look after your jewellery by removing before coming into contact with these things.
Also please be aware that some materials can be very delicate and are susceptible to cracking, chipping or snapping. Fine corals, glass and natural stones for example can break from knocks and bangs. So please take care when wearing your pieces to keep them looking beautiful.
Keep your jewellery stored away from direct sunlight as UV rays can cause fading to some materials.
I try to use as little plastic as possible for packaging your products. I mostly use cardboard, tissue paper, paper, fabric and cotton. The outer packaging for postage is made of low density polyethylene and is 100% recyclable. The outer delivery label is also made of clear polyethylene to protect the delivery note. These elements of packaging are used to protect your jewellery during transit.
